Whangārei Beach Bus survey

We’ve run our Beach Buses from Rose Street to Ocean Beach and Ruakākā Beach for a few years now and we’d like to hear from you about this service!

Have you used a beach bus? What day works best for you? Should we run them through the school holidays?

You can let us know the answers in our Beach Bus survey Get in quick! The survey closes on 12 December and will help us make decisions on what we should offer.

Bream Bay Link – survey

The Bream Bay Link is a local BusLink service, operated by Leabourn and funded by NRC. It runs every Thursday, leaving Kaiwaka at 9am and calling at Mangawhai, Langs Beach, Waipu Cove and Ruakākā before arriving in Whangārei. It makes the return journey from Whangārei at 3pm.

We’re reviewing the existing service and whether to extend it – and we need your help!

The first part of the survey asks questions about the current service – if you’re a Bream Bay Link passenger then let us know your views! Your feedback will help us deliver the best service we can.

The second part of the survey is to assess the possibility of extending the Bream Bay Link service to One Tree Point and Maungaturoto. Your feedback will help us make informed decisions as to how we can best serve our communities.

And if you complete the survey, you’ll be “in to win” in our prize draw, with four $50 Prezzy Cards up for grabs! The survey closes on 10 December 2024.
